Indulge in an Evening of Food and Wine Harmony
Indulge in cutting-edge wines from around the world during a special wine dinner for alumni and friends on Thursday, Nov. 19.
Madeline Triffon, director of wine for the Matt Prentice Restaurant Group and one of only 75 American master sommeliers, will take you on journey through the vineyards, featuring a three-course dinner with two wines of contrasting styles for each course.
All wines will be served “blind” – you won’t know the grape varieties or growing regions – allowing you to recognize on your own quality wines. Plus, this year’s Nouveau Beaujolais will be featured. All guests must be 21 years old by Nov. 19, 2009.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at Shiraz in Bingham Farms. Cost is $85 for alumni association members, $95 for non-members.
